Our Proven Process
Every project runs through progress, our own client platform, so strategy, design, feedback, and approvals all stay together. You are always working directly 1:1 with your designer.
Initial Enquiry
Using our interactive quote builder, you can construct and send an initial enquiry about your project.
We will reply to you within 24 hours (maximum), and you may have to check your spam / junk to recieve our first email.
Onboarding
After we have built a picture about your brand and its requirements, you will make the payment and be given access to progress.
Progress is our custom-built client software, where we manage communications, concepts, deliveries, approvals and feedback.
Concept Design
Now that we have all of the required information, we will upload concepts to progress for you to review.
These usually include initial sketches for you to choose from, followed by fully-functional concepts. Each asset can be approved or declined.
Approval & Delivery
Once all stages have been approved, we will upload your final delivery to progress.
It can be downloaded whenever you want, and you can request revisions for an additional fee, depending on the scope of the revision.
